We Now Develop In-House Thermal Spray Unit

Thermal spray is an advanced technology satisfying coating needs of aerospace, energy, automotive and many other industries. Successively manufacturing energy turbine components for many years, we now develop our Thermal Spray Unit. APS (atmospheric plasma spray) and HVOF (high velocity Oxy-Fuel Spray) techniques are applied to melt and accelerate spray powders towards components in order to enhance their surface properties like wear resistance, erosion resistance, thermal isolation etc.

We utilize latest technology Oerlikon Metco thermal spray system and F4, 9MB, 11MB, 3MB-TD, DJ2600 spray guns which provide the capability to coat both inner and outer diameters of turbine components to the required properties and thickness.

Enerjide ve havacılıkta kullanılan türbin parçaları başta olmak üzere otomotiv, gemi, raylı sistemler gibi pek çok sektör için vazgeçilmez bir teknoloji haline gelen termal sprey kaplama işlemini bünyemizde uygulamaya başladık. ÇİMTAŞ Termal Sprey Ünitesi'nde iki farklı yöntem kullanarak, bunlardan APS elektrik enerjisini, HVOF ise yanma enerjisi ile sprey tozlarını eriterek hızlandırıyor ve bu sayede yüzeylere aşınma direnci, erozyon direnci, yüksek sıcaklık koruması vb. özellikler kazandırıyoruz.

Bu yeni teknoloji ile Oerlikon Metco’nun tasarladığı son teknoloji ürünü termal sprey sistemine F4, 9MB, 11MB, 3MB-TD ve DJ2600 sprey tabancalarını entegre ederek türbin parçalarının hem iç hem de dış çaplarını istenilen özellikte ve kalınlıkta kaplayabilme yeteneğine sahip olduk.
