Çimtaş Precision has successfully extended its FPI Nadcap, first acquired in 2019 and this accreditation now has 18 months Merit status, this is the first of many!

Çimtaş Precision has extended its National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (Nadcap) certification for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) - Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) and is now in the 18 Month Merit Program.

The Nadcap Merit Program is the allowance for extending the accreditation lengths between audits and is only granted to companies which have proven themselves 3 consecutive times with zero major findings. Çimtaş Precision obtained this Merit status in just 3 years!

NDT – FPI was the first Nadcap certification Cimtas Precision acquired and currently the total certified Special Process is 5. In the upcoming months Cimtas Precision shall continue to renew its Nadcap accreditations and achieve Merit status for all its special processes all the while continuing to add new ones.
