Çimtaş Precision Machining acquired its second National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (Nadcap) certification in February 2019.

After the success of our first Nadcap audit, with zero findings for the FPI process, We have also passed the audit for Shot Peening.

Shot Peening is a special process for producing a compressive residual stress layer on metals and composites in order to increase the fatigue strength of surfaces. Although shot peening has a wide array of applications such as automotive and construction, its main industry is aerospace.

Certification for the FPI and Shot Peening processes is just the beginning. During 2019, We will continue to certify our remaining special processes, maintaining our march towards becoming one of the prominent suppliers to the aerospace sector.

Çimtaş Hassas İşleme Şubat 2019’da ikinci Ulusal Havacılık ve Savunma Yüklenicileri Onay Programı (Nadcap) sertifikasyonunu da aldı.

FPI operasyonu için girdiğimiz ilk Nadcap denetimini sıfır bulgu ile geçmemizin ardından şimdi de Bilyalı Dövme operasyonu denetiminden de başarı ile geçtik.

Bilyalı Dövme metal ve kompozit malzemelerin yüzeylerinde yorulma dayanımını arttırmak amacı ile kalıntı basma gerilmesi tabakası oluşturmak için kullanılan bir özel süreçtir. Her ne kadar bilyalı dövme otomotiv ve inşaat gibi birçok alanda kullanılyor olsa da, başlıca kullanım alanı havacılık sektörüdür.

FPI ve bilyalı dövme özel operasyonlarının sertifikasyonu sadece bir başlangıç. Yıl içerisinde diğer özel süreçlerimizi de onaylatarak havacılık sektörünün önde gelen tedarikçilerinden olma yolunda ilerlemeye devam edeceğiz.
